Please note:

  • This guarantee does not apply to custom orders such as multi-pedals or pedals with custom artwork.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@jampedals.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll issue a no-questions-asked refund, excluding shipping, PayPal/Stripe fees, and return shipping costs.

 


 

Custom Orders

  • Custom multi-pedal deposits are non-refundable.

  • Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee if production has begun.

  • All custom orders are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 


 

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@jampedals.com.

  • We will offer to repair or replace the item at no cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued for damaged or faulty products.

  • We will reimburse any return shipping costs—just remember to keep your shipping receipt.

 


 

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a refund minus any PayPal or Stripe transaction fees.

 


 

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us:

  • We will issue a refund minus:

    • Payment processor fees (PayPal or Stripe)

    • Original shipping costs

    • Any re-import fees required to clear the package through Greek customs
